How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Shipping varies on the subtotal of the product for example:
Standard shipping is $6.99 via USPS
Express and premium shipping options may be automatically applied or may be selected at checkout.
Some include USPS express, standard or UPS express and UPS standard ground.
Souf Crowns is not responsible for undeliverable packages, or Return to Senders. If your order is Returned to Sender you will be issued a refund once we receive the package. You will receive an email confirming your tracking number the day your product(s) ship. Additionally Souf Crowns is not responsible for any weather delays. Lastly please keep in mind that Holiday's and weekends are considered exempt from normal business days.

How long will it take to get my package?
Orders normally ship fast anywhere in the United States, however, this is dependent on multiple factors like package size, shipping service used, weather conditions, etc. Normally most packages take 3-5 business days on standard ground service. If you experience a increased delay please message us.

What companies do you use to ship?
We normally use USPS for all packages unless USPS cannot deliver to a specific address it will default to UPS

We are currently doing our best to provide the cheapest and fastest option for international orders. Currently we will use varying options such as USPS/UPS/DHL.
International orders may be subject to duties & taxes required by their country. International orders which contain many items, or which contain large headwear accessories, may require additional shipping charges and may be subject to higher than normal taxies, customs and duties. Standard duties and taxes can usually be estimated at 15-20% and must be paid to the shipping carrier upon delivery. All international orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, unless paying by PayPal.

How is sales tax calculated?
We must charge sales tax in accordance with state and local laws and regulations to all orders shipped to Arizona, California, Texas, Washington & New York. We charge an Arizona tax rate of 8.1%, California of 8.75%, Texas 8.25%, Washington 10.00% and New York 8.5%. Sales tax is added during checkout on the items in your cart. There is no sales tax on shipping.

Is this web site secure and is my credit card information safe?
We work with some of the best security measures available on the Internet. We want you to feel comfortable that personal information such as your name, address and credit card number will be kept safe throughout your entire shopping experience.
For added safety we DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION on our web server after your order has been processed. Even after you register with our site, you have to enter your credit card information each time you make a purchase. This significantly reduces the chances of Internet credit card fraud.
How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
Most orders placed before 10am CST, Mon-Fri ship within 48 hours. Once an order has been shipped, please allow 2-10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your choice of shipping method. You will receive an email confirming your tracking number the day your order ships.
If you ordered multiple items, your order may ship in separate packages and you will receive a separate shipping email for each package. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Can you embroider logos or text on hats?
Unfortunately, we do not offer embroidery services at this time and are unable to create custom designed logo hats.
