SOUF CROWNS IS currently doing the best to provide the cheapest and fastest option for international orders. Currently SOUF CROWNS will use varying options such as USPS/UPS/DHL.

International orders may be subject to duties & taxes required by their country. International orders which contain many items, or which contain large headwear accessories, may require additional shipping charges and may be subject to higher than normal taxies, customs and duties. Standard duties and taxes can usually be estimated at 15-20% and must be paid to the shipping carrier upon delivery. All international orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, unless paying by PayPal.

Standard default shipping uses USPS ground advantage. For faster or other carriers, please check options at checkout. All packages within the USA take an average of 2-5 business days to arrive. Orders do not ship on holidays or weekends.

We must charge sales tax in accordance with state and local laws and regulations to all orders shipped to Arizona, California, Texas, Washington & New York. We charge an Arizona tax rate of 8.1%, California of 8.75%, Texas 8.25%, Washington 10.00% and New York 8.5%. Sales tax is added during checkout on the items in your cart. There is no sales tax on shipping.

If you are inquiring about a fitted hat, specifically New Era, it is difficult to provide a recommendation on how hats fit. Souf Crowns recommends choosing the size that you feel comfortable with. We are not responsible for sizing and cannot accept returns because the product does not fit.

Since Souf Crowns receives hundreds of items to list every day, some products may be identical or similar. Some may be cheaper than the duplicate product, some may have a different country origin, etc...

If you find a product that is exactly the same of another product but is cheaper , then choose the cheaper option!

From collectors or authorized stores. Souf Crowns cannot verify where exactly some hats are inspired from.

While we are not affiliated with New Era, Souf Crowns is unable to guarantee the authenticity of each product without New Era's approval.

However, Souf Crowns is fully dedicated to providing 100% authentic, fully licensed sports apparel.

Every item is carefully inspected to ensure no counterfeit is makes it online (only exception is New Era blanks + customization).

If you feel that your item is counterfeit, please submit an email to soufcrowns@gmail.com with evidence so a decision can be made.

All other brands featured on the site are affiliated with Souf Crowns with their approval.

Items on the site are listed as NWT/NEW, USED, or sometimes unmarked.

NWT/NEW: Brand new, never worn.

USED: Pre-owned and may show wear such as small defects, stains, or odors.

Some items, like pins, may not be labeled. Since pins aren’t usually affected by odors or sweat, most can be considered new. Still, they may have minor flaws such as scratches, missing gems, or discoloration.
Items normally priced between $10-$20+ can be new pins, anything below $10 may be used, an unusual size for a hat pin, or not desirable by Souf Crowns judgment (example: A hat pin too specific to a creator like a IG handle, specific celebratory moments for creators, etc...).
